1. Recruitment & Membership Data

When you apply to join a Leo Club via our recruitment form, we collect personal details including your full name, email address, phone number, age, location, and service interests. This data is collected solely to process your membership request and route your application to the appropriate local Leo Club operating in your neighborhood (spanning Bandra to Tarapur).

2. Data Sharing and Location Routing

To fulfill your request to join, your application details will be forwarded to the Club President and leadership officers of the local Leo Club closest to your indicated location. Your data is never sold, leased, or distributed to commercial third parties. It remains strictly within the official network of Leo District 3231 A3 and sponsor Lions Clubs.

3. Communication Preferences

By submitting the "Join Us" form or contacting us via phone (+91-9082665351) or email (leodistrict3231a3@gmail.com), you consent to receiving follow-up coordination messages, phone calls, or emails from district coordinators or local club officers regarding local service activities, induction ceremonies, or fellowship meetups.

4. Security and Local Storage

Recruitment submissions and local changes to events or resources are temporarily cached in the browser's local storage database for demonstration, record-keeping, and review in the secure Admin Panel. While we employ appropriate safeguards to protect this local cache, no transmission over the internet or storage method is 100% secure.
